Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Analytica Enterprise ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Free trials are 30 days; no payment is required to start.
3. Subscription & Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via MMG. Non-payment may result in suspension. You may cancel at any time from Settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You will not use the Platform for anything illegal, to store other people's data without consent, or to disrupt other users' service.
5. Your Data
You own your data. We store it securely, back it up daily, and only access it to provide the Platform or when required by law.
6. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it.
7. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
